The app works well and the support team is very helpful. They implemented a feature within 24 hours that is very useful to us - adding MailChimp contact tags when submitting via the form. Now segmenting will be a breeze!

I am not good at technology at all! Juan has been absolutely amazing helping me through the process of making the form I created mandatory in my collection of data. He's been patient and understanding. He created a video to help me with future forms and is willing to help me if I'm struggling again (which knowing my tech I will definitely be reaching out). First off, I love this form app. Even the free version has everything that I need and their customer service is off the hook! They are quick to respond and are more than happy to help. I have a theme that allowed my main banner to appear on the front page of my site and my contact page only. I didn't know how to add it to any other pages. I wanted to use my Hulk form as my contact page, but I couldn't figure out how to get the banner from the built in contact page to show on my form page. But, Andres made it happen! I'm so happy and thankful for his help! Awesome service!!

Overall great app. We were able to incorporate a form on a landing page for applicants to provide details that help us determine if they are a fit for our program. Great option to customize a form to match the aesthetic and font styling so the page is cohesive. Customer support is responsive and helpful.

Very good app! They helped build a custom feature to prepopulate one element of the form based on the page the form is opened on. It works perfectly, I'm grateful for the support!
I do wish there was an option to remove the "Powered by HulkApps" from forms on the free plan, as we did not require the pro features, but had to upgrade simply for that.
