The app is intuitive, easy to use. The Auto Response e-mail confirmation for the customer is not working, which was the option that made me to install the app.

I needed to add a field in my Contact Me form for customer photos so they could show me product issues, or show me their review photos featuring my products. I used Hulk apps Form Builder, and it worked well. I was a bit concerned about having to change the code on my Shopify site, so I created a copy first, so if I messed it up, I would still have the original. No problem though, I figured it out and it works great! (More specific instructions on how to change the code would have been helpful. I am a novice website builder, and not a code writer.)

As our theme didn't support its own Contact Us form we came across the Hulk Form Builder. This is an amazing app, with a very user-friendly interface, and easy to operate. The Hulk support team has been amazing and was very supportive of getting us set up.
We would recommend this app to anyone who looks for a fast and easy solution with the potential to upgrade and integrate other tools such as Google Analytics or Tag Manager.

Need a save button on your app. And when I click on an element that is "required" for the form, like a customer's name, that shouldn't mean I'm required to fill out the form to publish it. Glitchy, I guess? Lost 2 forms and wasted hours of my time. Ridiculous.
I will say it was fairly easy to use and had all the elements I needed to build a great registration form, but if you can't save or publish it - what's the point? Hope to see you correct these issues. Disappointed.
Please reach out to our team at support@hulkcode.com. Our team will clear your confusion. You can now save your form in Draft while you prepare, and it is mandatory to give your element a name. Empty/unused elements will not let you save your form.
It's better if you allow us to create a form on your behalf. We don't want to waste your time at all.
