This app is so simple to use and integrate with your shop. I had one tiny user error issue and customer service was not only great but fixed it very quickly.

We use the form builder app on many pages on the store. It is very useful for B2B registration, custom work forms and much more. The custom CSS block makes all the difference for us. We can use it to share more information with our customer based on the options they select. The support team does a very good job too.

I love using this app! It's very clear and easy to use and the customer support is AMAZING!! They helped me right away to set up the form on my Shopify Theme (4.0.1 theme) and it looks perfect. Thank you so much for the help!!

I downloaded 3 form builder apps before trying this one and uninstalled all of them. They were all difficult to build without experience with form building apps. This Free Form Builder was great! I quickly figured out how to make my form which required several fields. It was easy to install on my Shopify page as well. No longer frustrated. Thanks! TOR
