The app was so easy to use, I tried different ones and it required payment for basic things, this one is fully functioning and free plus very helpful support team!

Wonderful app that took my website to the next level. The customization for each form is awesome, the only con is that if you want to add something in the middle of the form, you have to delete sections up to that point then redo those sections. Had a minor hiccup and the support team got back within 24hrs and were very nice. Overall a great app!

This app is sooo good to use when you want to have different forms for your website. The staff at Hulkapps are amazing and are always ready to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend that you use this app as it can be a great advantage to your website. Shoutout to Amit for helping me very quickly and completing the required task

The app is great and has a lot of intelligent functionality built in it. We use the "if X then Y else Z" feature to display a new drop down based on a previous answer. The support team is also very responsive to any issues that arise.

Contact Support I truly mean that. I spent hours building a very detailed form only to stall trying to install it. I spent days attempting to figure it out myself. I contacted support at 1am using the chat feature. Sanjay responded within seconds and solved my headache within a min. We all think we know everything until we don’t. Very capable Form Builder app. Easily the most flexible and powerful form builder in the Shopify App store. Free level is good but very limited in features. My only complaint is that we signed up for Pro level - and even at that level there are some email design features that they block out unless you go to the very top level. That is in my opinion very unfair and a trap for young players.
