The Hulk Form Builder app has been a game-changer for our store! It allowed us to easily create and embed data collection forms exactly where we needed them, even in the cart section, which is typically challenging, especially for mobile app. This solved a major limitation we were facing.

Unreliable and costly to our business - avoid this app!

This app came highly recommended by our tech consultant, so we trusted it for our customer communication needs. Unfortunately, we only discovered that form submissions weren’t being delivered after customers began calling to ask why their emails had gone unanswered. Upon investigation, we first thought the issue had been going on for at only six months - but a deeper dive into years of form submissions revealed it had been happening the entire time we’ve used this app, since 2023.

To make matters worse, the failures were intermittent, which made the issue especially difficult to notice at first. Some submissions would go through while others wouldn’t, giving the false impression that everything was working as expected.

This breakdown in communication severely impacted our ability to serve customers and cost us valuable time and trust. We reported the issue through our consultant, and Hulk refunded us for one year of service. However, based on what we've now uncovered, the app has been failing from the start, and a full refund would be more appropriate.

Exceptional customer support! We use Hulk Form Builders for our quote sheet, and it works flawlessly. It allows you to design a custom sheet with all the essential questions for your customers. The interface is user-friendly, and their customer support is truly outstanding!

They have amazing customer service who really understands their products capabilities. I asked for two features that are not available and Iris communicated this to her tech teammates who will God willing, add it to their product. I really appreciate this! I highly recommend this app.

Many of the filled in forms do not show up correctly when emailed. I've noticed many fields are missing or not filled in even if they are set as required. I use Hulk Form Builder on all my websites, but it isn't reliable anymore.

Extremely helpful for allowing for custom forms in my store -- The Hulk team was also quick and efficient in solving some different CSS issues that I was experiencing as a result of my store's theme.

Shopify was doing some updates to their Thank You page and Hulk Apps needed to do some work on their end to make sure the update was seamless. I reached out and they immediately helped and got the coding up to speed. Great service and great communication.

Danna was unbelievably helpful today. She spend several hours with me while we fixed my problems with my Shopify account. If she had not been so helpful I don't know what I would have done. Her patience was off the chart. I am a novice at working with Hulk App and Shopify so it was hard for me to get through the process. Without her help I would have been totally lost! I cant say thank you enough to her!

Seriously so helpful. Sometimes these apps get frustratingly difficult to navigate but the team steps in to make it super easy. If you’re looking to create a form for your Shopify, I would recommend making it a pop up on the home page. If you want a link that you can share on other platforms, best way to do it is create a page on your Shopify store that the form is on, then you can copy that URL and post it anywhere!
