Useful app, easy to use. A few issues with integrating email but support helped eventually.

This app is amazing for all types of forms. I used it on my website for sign up ups, interest forms, and surveys. Literally 3 pages of forms and I have no issues at all, just great results and easy to use forms. On top of that, they are easy to design so that they can match the website layout.
Great product easy to setup and edit the Form.
