Have been using this app recently, along with other apps by the developer. Love all of them.

We are satisfied with the application and usually do not have any problems, however, when we do, customer support is quick to solve them and allows us to continue with our business.

Very helpful to make custom application forms as they let you have unlimited fields and the forms have conditional logic. The service is good too they answer relatively quickly.

Reached out via chat, and within minutes I had a response and a collaborator request. They did their thing and fixed whatever the issue was - all within 10 minutes of opening a chat. Hulk Form Builder is very easy to use and offers a wide range of features that cater to different form needs. I encountered some small issues while using, but the customer support was very responsive and helped me resolve it quickly. Great product wonderful service. As a developer the fact that you can add custom CSS in the app is super. I was able to speak to a rep that understood code. She looked into the html of the iframe to give me the selector i needed to target in my css. Thumbs Up!!!!

I "broke" our form that we use in our Shopify Store and urgently need help to get it back online. I used the Chat support and Adis helped me get it back up and running with minimal impact to our customers.
