The app was super easy to setup and work with. We setup our wholesale and contact forms with it. Our wholesale application is quite extensive and this app gave us all the features we needed to make it work AND look good.

We recently migrated from another popular provider over to Hulk Apps to experience a bit UX design for our users, faster load times, and generally just a better app and support team to deal with. Needless to say, the support and response times were excellent and we got some custom modifications up and running in no time. Highly recommend :)

Wow! I cannot believe how simple it was to create a form. It saved me a ton of time. The free version was exactly what I needed as a startup. I needed to create a wholesale application form that could be accessed through the wholesale page that blocks users without a password. I was able to have this up in an hour. Thank you!
