I love this app. It allows me to collect all the inform I need from my customers. I love that it keeps track of all your submissions

We have been using the app on two different stores for over 3 years now. It's really simple and effective and does exactly what we need it to. Anytime we have run into an issue the Support Team (special mention for Emma!) have been brilliant and resolved it really quickly. Really recommend.

Don´t search for another contact form, this is all you need with multiple customizable fields and easy to use, really like the auto reply feature!
