Powerful Contact Form Builder

Ich habe eigentlich einen Rabatt bekommen, da die App am Anfang nicht richtig funktionierte. Jetzt wenn ich die App Starte werde ich quasi GEZWUNGEN die neuen erhöhten Kosten zu akzeptieren. Wenn ich NICHT auf genehmigen klicke kann ich meine Einreichungen nicht sehen und die App gar nicht erst nutzen... Darum nur 2 Sterne. Das schlimme daran ist dass auch dort steht dass die nächste Zahlung heute ist. Meine Jährliche Zahlung ist vor einigen Tagen jedoch schon abgegangen...

Sehr schade somit muss ich doch wieder eine kostenlose oder günstigere Forms App nutzen.

Frustrating to use!

Disappointing experience—I spent considerable time setting up the form, which I found to be unintuitive. After saving the form without publishing it, I expected it to be accessible as a draft or listed for future editing. However, it appeared to have vanished entirely. The lack of a clear, user-friendly saving process is frustrating. I've decided not to continue.

We installed powerful form builder with the intention of swapping out our existing form app that did not offer quite as in depth of an integration with Shopify. We created three simple contact forms based on wholesale application templates provided in the app, however when we ran them through our ADA compliance testing they came back with over 100 errors. Upon bringing this up with the app support team, we were told their app does not have the ability to add those features. We would highly caution against using this app to avoid ADA litigation.

Overall the concept works well and has some great features that work well with Shopify. But we encountered a technical issue on the 3rd day of using the app where by we could not rename or save forms. We got no reply from tech support despite the support feature showing as online. On the plus side, their support feature allows you to play a game while you wait, but then again, who has time for that?

Generally looks powerful on the surface, and lots of options, but the ability to customize the forms is absolutely abysmal. Ended up having to write custom CSS to do something as simple as change the background colors of the text fields. Not to mention support is absolutely terrible - they respond to me at 2am CT, meaning there can be no meaningful dialog.

Look elsewhere for a form plugin

i'm sure it's a nice app, but only if you pay for it.
too bad it's pretty useless with the free version.. so we are going to look for another app.

VERY misleading pricing. Says free for forms up to 12 fields, but not if you want a form that registers people. When I pointed this out to them support was very rude about it. I wasn't even going to leave a review if it wasn't for that rude reply.

The only reason it's not 1 star is because support did get back to me quickly. It was only when I wasn't going to be paying that they decided to be rude.

The submit button is not customizable and our website color theme is black and white but the submit button is fluorescent green. I'm unable to change that.

The java script they use makes it load very fast on your website but it does slow down your website a bit. If they could trim this up that would be great. When you delete this app it leaves a bunch of js files on your back end that you may need to clean up to get a speed gain. I replaced this with a google form because their app stopped working recently. Worked well before that except for the things I mentioned before.
