Great little app, we are using the free version as we only needed one form. Very responsive help as well :)
This app can handle a LOT of submissions. One of our promotions went Viral and we had 30,000 submissions in just a matter of a couple of hours. This app handled the work load with little to no problem. It is a great way to have your Shopify forms send to different emails without having to deal with a lot of coding to make it work.
We use the forms in several sections of our store. They work great and the help we get from the support team is also fantastic.
Excellent support! I had to create a custom call to action button to open a floating form, they were able to assist me really fast with that.
I reached out to get assistance with the app and the team got back to be in a timely manner. I have been able to use this form without any issues. Having this form has made it so much easier for me to collect information needed for a recent campaign,

Perfect for what I needed, file uploads were nice. Easy to use. I don't have much more to say because it's that easy to use but I have to use 100 characters so now I'm rambling past that just to annoy my self.

I had contacted Globo team for some help, They helped and sort it out for me promptly, They were really helpful. Would definitely recommend everyone to use their apps. Update 1: I had contacted with the support team in thier midnight time, They were very humble and helpful. Minor changes they did instantly for me. And bigger changes they did this morning.
