Very Easy To Use! Would Definitely Recommend To Someone Who Does Not Really Know How To Create A Form For Their Store!
Excellent app and service. I had a problem with getting notifications to my email when a customer uses a form. I reached out to the Globo team and they got back to me within 24 hours and once permission was given to be able to access the relevant bits of the store that needed fixing, they fixed the problem straight away. Very pleased! Really happy so far.

The app works great. It allows us to track from which page and project the contact form was filled, which saves a lot of time for the sales team. The support team is also quick to solve any issues

I was sick of the default Shopify contact form, the field types are limited and customers can't upload files.
This app solves these problems along with being a far better experience for users with the conditional logic and easy setup.
I had a couple of more technical questions (syncing with Shopify contact info and triggering the popup from a navigation link etc) and Emma in support was super responsive, helpful and went over and above to get things set up.
Although I could get away with the free account I'm happy to pay for the app as it works so well!
