We've had a few issues here and there with the plugin, but the support is so excellent each time they've been resolved within days of reporting and the developers are very responsive. Other than that the plugin has some excellent features like dynamic fields that you can alter based on user input. highly recommended.

Great app and great customer service!

We use this app for our online forms and it's easy to set use. The tech support is helpful and quick, although the time zone difference delays things more than we'd like. We're in the US.

This app is great! And more importantly for me and my woeful computer skills the support was super quick and super actually supportive!

I've used the form builder app on a couple of stores, and it works quite well. I appreciate the customization we can control with the form submissions for our own team, as well as the customization to the look of the form on the websites. Globo has been great to respond to help me sort through any issues that I have come across. Excellent app.

It is quite easy to set up and if you come accross any problem, the customer service is very nice and will help you to solve the problem promptly
