This App is very good, it has very interesting features and it is quite flexible when comparing it with Google Forms. I found some issues with it, so I contacted the customer support by email. I was amazed how fast they replied and how they started fixing the issues immediately, what I was not expecting because I had seen some negative reviews here. I have some suggestions that I know will improve the App and that I would like to share with the developers, I hope they take them into consideration too. This app has made collecting details for my custom orders much more professional. I reached out to the app developers to make the forms suit my specific needs, which couldn't be done on the app alone, and they were very fast, well priced and really easy to work with! I needed help with some minor tweaks and everything was taken care of in about.
I've used the app for about a week everything has been working great. I was going to use the default shopify contact form but i just cant trust the support from shopify for individual apps. This company has the support when you need it!
