Esta App nos ha gustado mucho, porque tienen muchísimas funcionalidades. Esta genial, cien por cien recomendado.

i've unistall this HUGE and annoying app and it reminds in code... so my page is being slow because some js from this guys that has not being removed... bad.

This app is very easy to use and exactly what I was looking for because I need to add more than one type of contact page. Emma is great at following up and assisting you promptly!

I used this app and it was pathetic to its core. I had to rebuild my whole story because this app messed up my theme code and i feel sick to my stomach to say this but i just want you guys to be aware of this app and be very very careful.

The Form builder app is super easy to use, and to also customize the forms you want. It was very easy to integrate with my free shopify theme pages
