Great customer support and a very functional app. I'm using it as a signup form because they offer a lot of variety and every submission can be linked back to a dozen of apps including Shopify's backend system. I've been looking for such functionality for ages and I have finally found it with this app!

This app can handle a LOT of submissions. One of our promotions went Viral and we had 30,000 submissions in just a matter of a couple of hours. Amazing app for forms. We needed something where we could integrate with Klaviyo, Google Sheets, and have the form go to certain members of our team based on choices selected within the form. This app did all that, and easily. We had a couple issues (learning) and their team jumped in and solved them within 24 hours.

I appreciate the many features you can use for this form-creating app. Customer service is excellent and helps you until your problem is 100% resolved. Some bits are a little clunky, but all in all, it's very much worth it.
