Used their help service once, the customer service Emma was very helpful and nice.
The app is also nice, but I just started so not a very promising comment.

Very intuitive setup with good range of form options available without needing to upgrade. Design of forms is easy and makes for nice looking forms. Support from Emma was quick and helpful!
