I am still trying to discover more about this app, but fantastic support by Emma. Also the app looks quite promising as well, with file upload option for free plan and the forms can be customize. cool!!!

i'm sure it's a nice app, but only if you pay for it.
too bad it's pretty useless with the free version.. so we are going to look for another app.

Great experience so far. Less than a month using the free version to customize a form and it has worked great. Had a few kinks on my end that I needed tech support assistance with and they were very responsive and resolved my problem quickly within less than 24 hrs! Definitely highly recommend this app!

The automatic email sending stopped working for us. We need to figure out a new form.
