Powerful Contact Form Builder

App is great. We needed support though because one of our forms wasnt delivering to the proper email addresses and Emma came and got it straightened out for us.

It's 9:00 PM and Emma answered my customer service request almost instantly. 5 stars based on customer service alone. App is very easy to use and allows for insane customization.

Great app....I can create 1 form and in the form I can have the submissions re-direct to different departments.

Their customer service team is also helpful in helping me resolve the issue.

The app is good, all my requirements are fulfilled in the free plan, and the app support is also good, they reply on time and provided me exact reverts which I wanted with screenshots, especially Emma. She attended me from support team and provided the exact revert and solved my issues.

While I've only used the free version of this form builder, I've had a great experience with the ease of embedding it onto our website and having it match our custom theme. Plus, Emma with their support time was incredibly responsive and helped solve a button placement issue quickly, despite time changes!
