Powerful Contact Form Builder

Wonderful app. Does everything that I need it to. They don't charge you some ridiculous pricing plans in order to fully use the service, and it actually works properly. The support team is also great, and quickly responds to your questions. I for example needed to change the font to match my store, which is oddly not an option, so I contacted their support team and they gladly changed everything I needed quickly and easily. Great company. Will definitely be using more of their services in the future.

This app is awesome! Truly a great form tool with excellant support when needed! We have now used it to create muliple forms on our site and could not be happier with results and how simple it is to use. I would highly recommend this app to stream line your site.

The app did not notify us that we had reached the email limit so we have almost 100 submissions that we never knew we received. There was no warning or anything given. Very annoying. If you want to just use for the free version, don't recomend!

I reached out to ask how to navigate making sure submissions aren't grouped together in a thread within Gmail, and their team was super quick to respond and solve my issue! I highly recommend this app!

Support was nice and helped point me to the directions on how to fix my issues. I had some site compatibility issues with globo form that another vendor pointing out to me that was causing problems in my console.

Emma and team were fantastic at getting our forms set-up and working in the way in which we required. Super attentive and excellent communications throughout. Happily recommend

Straight forward and easy to use - I created a custom form for exchange/return requests - so far so good!

We had an issue publishing a change on our form. Emma was very helpful and quickly made sure our changes were made!

I had quiteeee a few questions, and Emma was SO patient with me and talked me through all of my options [which is nice b/c it's 12:30AM in NYC, so I was happy that we got so much done and that I didn't have to wait until the next day for answers].

She was impressively quick to provide screenshots of the steps I needed to take, she offered me options, and explained things clearly and succinctly.

She is also just really nice and personable and made my stressed out situation more enjoyable. Thanks for the gifs and all of the help! I needed it more than you could ever know! *heart hand emoji*

Idk how much you're paying her, but I do know that she deserves a raise. haha. ;-)
