I need to duplicate a from. But I cannot see the "duplicate" action in the form list interface. Is it possible to duplicate a select form? If not, can you add this action please?

This is the best free contact form without a doubt. Fairly customisable and looks great. Would definitely recommend. Update: App has been and still works very well. Was able to remove the logo free of charge by simply emailing support. I am very happy with my experience. :)

By far the best and easy-to-use contact form builder in Shopify. I can create almost anything using the app. Awesome.
