Powerful Contact Form Builder

Emma and her team has helped me through SO many questions i have had. I recommend this company for almost every app they have built. I use about 5 of there apps right now and wish they had more because the service and execution is amazing.

I used this app for a few stores. I built the form for return requests. It works perfectly, and the customer support is top notch.

This app is very user friendly and provides a lot of options to customize. We had a problem with the upload functionality, but the support fixed the issue within 24 hours.

It's great that there is a free version. You can adjust the form in content but also in appearance. I am still setting up my shop, therefore I can't say much about using the app in real. For now, I am happy. You even get helpful support by the app team, also for free. Not much to complain about so far.
