Powerful Contact Form Builder

Gooddd!!! app it will help me to keep forms in order and to have contact with my customers!!!!!!!....very gooooood APP

Fantastic form app. I tried this one after a few others completely failed me, and I was very surprised at how easy it is to set up. The free version is fully functioning and works perfectly. Emma at support was super-helpful when I reached out and asked for the form to be styled to match my site. Now it looks great too! I highly recommend this app over any of the other form apps.

We've been using the app on two stores for about 18 months or so and it does everything we need it to do, one site sends our contact form to Zapier to open a Zendesk ticket, the other site uses it primarily to directly send data to a Google Sheet. We had built out a very nice multi-step form as well for one site but it was for a short-term project. All not typical usages and many more integrations are possible, it does way more than we need. Support has been excellent, responding quickly to the one or two times we've needed to reach out.

Easy to navigate, set up and the customer service is great for helping me with my issues! Very pleased with this app.

Real easy to understand and looks clean. Simple backend and attractive looking to the user on the website.

Very easy to use app. I have decided to use this app after trying out other apps for forms and this one seems to work the best for me. Ran into some errors and had a good and prompt service to resolve my issue. The technical error came back while i was running a campaign and the auto responder email didnt work so i had to manually send out emails :( Highly recommended otherwise.

I am using this app as an application to purchase an item and so far - love the way it integrates with my page. I haven't found an app that works this smoothly and the customer service is amazing! Quick turnaround and they were able to resolve my issues.
