I downloaded over 10 apps trying to find one like this! Fits my needs perfectly I couldn't ask for anything better in a FREE app.

This is an excellent form app. It had some technical issues with my theme but working with the support team was very easy! They resolved every issue I had with professionalism and speed. I would definitely recommend this app!

Just started using it....Not thrilled that it will take a week for set up but I do love all the features it seems to have. Looking forward to getting started on it. :)

This app adds an interactive function to my store, allowing customers to submit ideas and upload files, which is a very useful function, and thank them again for their support

The App is great and even the free version of the Globo Form Builder does the job and the support is extremely helpful and quick.
