Very easy to set up with plenty of options to use to make the form just the way I would like. Lot's of features for a free version.

Very useful plugin. We used it for a multi-step questionnaire.
I encountered some issues, but they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue for us.

The seamless integration with Shopify themes is amazing! It made the process a lot easier without needing to go through my code and paste it, or ask for support.
