Generally looks powerful on the surface, and lots of options, but the ability to customize the forms is absolutely abysmal. Ended up having to write custom CSS to do something as simple as change the background colors of the text fields. Not to mention support is absolutely terrible - they respond to me at 2am CT, meaning there can be no meaningful dialog.

Look elsewhere for a form plugin

I have not launched this app on my website yet (I actually have not launched my website yet, but will tomorrow), but I do want to say I reached out to support for help building my contact form. I needed some customization and Emma was awesome! Customer service is really great!

The app is great for my website. The staff are really helpful and added in a new form to product page. They make sure it’s working correctly and meets your standards. Very quick to respond and will definitely continue using the app on my store
