We really needed to clean up our refund process and streamline all requests coming to one spot and this app has helped greatly! We ran into some trouble exporting the submissions as our list grew, but the team at G:Form Builder were quick to help and ultimately provided a solution. I really like this app and chose it for our forms because of the logic they have built in and only having certain questions open up based on previous selections. All and all a great experience with the app so far and the company behind it.

By far the best and most robust Form builder app on Shopify. I have tried them all and this one has the most features and was the easiest to use and setup. I had a minor support issue and it was handled quickly and efficiently. Five Stars Plus.

Great app for my business. The forms fields are saved in the customers' profiles, making it very easy to use the data.
Also, updating my website theme messed around with the coding of the forms (it didn't show up on the site anymore,) so I reached out to customer service who had the issue resolved in less than an hour.
