I wanted to change the font on the form but wasn't able to do it - I messaged them and they got back to me right away. After two months the app disappear from the store and it gives page 404 .. shame on them ... our store is for business not for people to tryout apps

This app helped me to modify my customer registration form. I needed to include some custom fields into the form. When I experience issues they always respond and assist when needed.
