I use this app to help me with warranty submission, submission for new dealers and vehicle registration forms. For my customers it is very easy submitting forms that's way the three stars but for me and my team it is very hard as we can't follow up. When I login to the app and head to the submission area we can only see the last three forms. Also it will be very helpful if we can somehow tick or fulfil the submission forms as it will save us time.
Great app simple to use and can customise in many ways. I used this to create a contact us form to capture customer details including attachments.
Wow! I've been wasting all this money on google ads, with the conversion at this site: https://patriotsunitedshop.com/pages/do-you-own-a-small-business
But no more "conversions" are actually filling out the form. BECAUSE where the form is, it says this: {formbuilder:49239}
ie. NO FORM!!!

hi, we have a problem, when we exporting data more than 15 numbers, there is a mistakes, for example we submit 12345678912341234, when we export, it changes to 12345678912341200, the last two digitals is changed to 00, How to solve this problem? it leads to a very bad customer experience! please help solve the problem, thank you!
