Good App. been using it in our Sign up form as it gives more features its very advance been using the free version and provides me all i need. they helped me install it in the website. will get the premium plan once we get a lot traffic.

I love it, it is powerful. Can the app please warn of unsaved changes if you try and go back a page?

Very useful app and has great integration with the Shopify platform.

Does what says, great app, easy to generate forms and integrate them into your website pages. Enables to create almost any kinda form required.

Outstanding customer service. Consistently responded within 5-10 minutes. Resolve 2 issues I had and got one of their developers to assist with backend changes.

Support team makes a good impression. I just use it to set up a registration form for b2b clients. The app makes fun to customize. All in all I can recommend this app.

I may adjust my review but right now I am on the free version and no matter the adjustments I make I don't receive a triggered email when a form is completed.

I've had to update my feedback today. I have been in contact with Support with 30 minute now passed and NO REPONSE. Say's support is online but that is not correct.

My resent experience is that a form gets broken and that i ask for assistants, they look into it and say it working fine, i check, and guess what they fix it and say 'How funny, its working'...really come on really? I just tested it 2-3 minutes ago.

My issue is related to Customer Sign Up form... In the past 6 days i have NOT gain 1 customer sign up until I looked tested it myself.

RESULT: From a business perspective, you know what this means? Lost of customers = Lost of revenue.....

They will ask for a postive feedback, just wait and see the APP first over time and you'll change you feedback.....

Im now going to change to another APP and they will no longer recieve my money for this APP.
