Amazing, that is the word that comes to my mind immediately. I am talking about the App and their Customer Service. I wish their team all the best.

Great app, has lots of build options so we were able to create a form exactly how we needed it for our site! Learning to use the app was fairly easy as well.

Had a small technical error but support team was able to correct it very quickly!

Overall we are very happy with this app and would highly recommend it to others.

couple of months Ago, it works the best for free users. now, it won't work at all. I tried creating a lot of new forms to replace the old one, but it only shows {formbuilder:67344} , This app should be rate negative -0 Star

Great customer support and a very functional app. I'm using it as a signup form because they offer a lot of variety and every submission can be linked back to a dozen of apps including Shopify's backend system. I've been looking for such functionality for ages and I have finally found it with this app!

Seems like an Ok app but I've got checkboxes on my form (mainly for documenting user consent) and the checks don't appear when the user clicks. A little disappointed.

Support service was great, quick and professional. The app fullfil my needs and makes everything that advertise. Thanks Helen.
