Tricky to get onto storefront but team were helpful and efficient, Emma was who sorted it for me and I found them to be great!

The forms were very easy to to create and when I did have an issue, Emma from customer service fixed my problem quickly and professionally! A HUGE bonus to this app is that it's free.

Easy to use and a lot of good options for your contact forms. Was exactly what I was looking for when i found it.

Very good, but wish I didn't have to login to the app to see submissions. Otherwise, its a good app that I would recommend.
