Powerful Contact Form Builder

This app has made collecting details for my custom orders much more professional. I reached out to the app developers to make the forms suit my specific needs, which couldn't be done on the app alone, and they were very fast, well priced and really easy to work with! I highly recommend reaching out if you need some extra customisation!

Not happy, took me hours to make 2 forms and they stopped me from adding them unless I pay a fee, very expensive when i can go to freelancer.com and have it created to my store to edit lots of features for $50.00 lifetime payment. I wanted just 2 forms, 1 star from me.

The java script they use makes it load very fast on your website but it does slow down your website a bit. If they could trim this up that would be great. When you delete this app it leaves a bunch of js files on your back end that you may need to clean up to get a speed gain. I replaced this with a google form because their app stopped working recently. Worked well before that except for the things I mentioned before.

I needed help with some minor tweaks and everything was taken care of in about.
I've used the app for about a week everything has been working great. I was going to use the default shopify contact form but i just cant trust the support from shopify for individual apps. This company has the support when you need it!

We recently started using this app and so far it's been great! We had a few issues getting it up and running but customer support was great and helped us out with each issue in a timely manner.

in terms of customer service, 5 stars, in terms of app user experience, it has some stuff that could be better. The design part of the form is not very customizable, other than that it's great
