Powerful Contact Form Builder

尝试了很多表格插件，form builder是我们最终选择的一个！form builder能够实现把收集的表单信息直接整洁发送到邮箱的功能，表格填写也能选择有条件跳转。遇到问题发邮件给客服也能把问题很好地解决，满意！

The support team is amazing. They accepted to add some custom code in my forms to make them work with the tools we use internally. I recommend the app !

This app helped me make a form efficiently and easily. A little inflexible with organizing the back-end; the folders will force a progress bar that gets a little weird with conditional statements. A little more of a tutorial or explanation for things would be great; things like the dynamic email or what tags I cannot use to edit email source code. Lastly, there was an issue with attachment casing. If it was .JPG instead of .jpg it would not allow upload. I am not sure if this is still an issue.

Besides all those tweaks the app functions really well and makes the form making process a breeze; I am just being rather knit picky.

Great app to build an application form. It's very easy to set up. It has great integration with Shopify customer section and Klaviyo, which I'm happy with.
