Great app, they were quick to answer, did not fit our needs as we changed our store way of operation, but the making of forms and adding them is very easy great app and great support.

I used this app to embed a form onto my site and it was the perfect app I needed as it gave me a lot of customization to work with and the ability to ask different kinds of questions to my clientele! Also shout out to Sarah and the rest of the Globo team for helping with any troubleshooting problems :)

Easy to use...I am not a coder but have some experience. I was not able to find a way to embed the form to show on our home page. Have not received a response in over 5 hours...they say 24 hours but others here say its been a much shorter turn around time.
