Powerful Contact Form Builder

Unfortunately a very glitchy app for me, i tried using it to create a custom account creation form, first the email field wasnt working with shopify, the first and last name fields werent working with shopify, and then it eventually stopped working.

Great app to build any form possible and easy to use. Also looks nice on your website compared to other form builder apps.

Great app! Exactly what we need, has all the necessary features. We would definitely recommend it :)

Everything seems fine, but it is super hard to integrate with Mailchimp
