This app works great and the support (Emma) is fantastic - I have had both simple and complicated requests and they were handled in a timely fashion and resolved to my satisfaction. Excellent form builder

I have been using this Shopify app for form creation and I'm very impressed. The app itself is excellent, with intuitive features that make it easy to create and manage forms. What stands out even more is the outstanding customer support. They are incredibly helpful and always ready to explain and assist with any issues. A special shoutout to Emma from the support team

Overall the concept works well and has some great features that work well with Shopify. But we encountered a technical issue on the 3rd day of using the app where by we could not rename or save forms. We got no reply from tech support despite the support feature showing as online. On the plus side, their support feature allows you to play a game while you wait, but then again, who has time for that?

It is a convenient way to create elaborate enquiry forms for free.

When layout problems arose after implementation, they were dealt with quickly via chat and solved immediately.

Great app, easy to use and does exactly what your want. I am only using the free version for my mailing list but support has been amazing with helping with the customisation.

I have only just begun using the Powerful Contact Form Builder and so far I am very impressed. I only have the free plan as I only need the one form (at the moment), and it was extremely easy to put the form together and make changes as needed.
The customer support is very good as well.
I had a small issue and I used the Chat available and within minutes Emma had replied and walked me through the process to allow the developers to help with my query.
The issue was fixed in no time, and Emma also followed up a day later to make sure all was well.
That is really great customer support that is so very much appreciated, thank you Emma!
