Fantastic Service, they assisted in installing the form onto my page. I am on the free version but so far its loading extremely fast and everything I need is on there. Highly recommend.

Update: maintenance service is fast and fabulous as well.

Good app and very prompt support staffs

The support was really helpful. They helped me to change the position of the form on the page, where coding was needed. They also change the font to make the design of form just like the rest of the website. It was done very quickly with email messages to inform me about everything. Well deserved 5 stars.

Very helpful app! I found many useful forms (especially Shopify registration form). Even free version very useful and have plenty of options. Support fast and helpful. Setup is easy. What can I cay? I'm glad I found this app - great help for my store!
