I had quiteeee a few questions, and Emma was SO patient with me and talked me through all of my options [which is nice b/c it's 12:30AM in NYC, so I was happy that we got so much done and that I didn't have to wait until the next day for answers].

She was impressively quick to provide screenshots of the steps I needed to take, she offered me options, and explained things clearly and succinctly.

She is also just really nice and personable and made my stressed out situation more enjoyable. Thanks for the gifs and all of the help! I needed it more than you could ever know! *heart hand emoji*

Idk how much you're paying her, but I do know that she deserves a raise. haha. ;-)
