Powerful Form Builder is the best app with the most amazing customer support. I have never had to wait very long when I have any issue before it is fixed. I always receive the "how-to," but if I can't figure it out, they fix it for me very quickly, and it's always jus the way I wanted it. Emma has been an excellent support person throughout my setting up of forms!
One of the only apps that has very specific features like dynamic e-mails based on form fields.

Our app does indeed work with Zapier and the option is in the form. You can see it in the third party integration part of the form.

Emma was great, even though we had a time difference she was able to make the experience of customizing my forms easy and hassle free.
I changed most of the options, and each time I needed something extra Emma was able to get solutions figured out within hours.
Extensive options for forms, you're gonna be able to make pop ups to customer uptake forms. Price is reasonable and fair for what you get.
