Great usage for a small price. The app can cover many different use cases for forms.

I'd appreciate it if the free version was a little more generous when it comes to the amount of forms that can be created/used (2-3 instead of just 1), but I understand the reasoning for that limitation.

Nevertheless, a good app and also an awesome support from Emma.

Product works great for our needs. Had some technical issues come up which is not ideal but the support team is quick to help us get it resolved.

Works well for custom forms. Sometimes crashes but the staff service is really good.

It was highly customizable and covered everything I wanted. Emma, ​​the support staff, was very helpful.

We are still testing the App, but so far it has good custom possibities. What I appreciate the most, is the great customer support they are offering. The customer service agent Emma is always very eager and quick to help me with any requests I have, which was a great help so far.

The support was quick and excellent. One star is missing because UX features in the upload handling need improvement for a perfect experience.

この不具合はユーザー側で対応することは出来ないようですが、問い合わせをしたらすぐに対応してもらえました。
同じ現象に遭遇したらチャットで問い合わせをすることをお勧めします。

My Shopify store has been using the Powerful Form builder for my quote form, with great results. When Shopify said I would need to update or delete the app, I was worried that I would have to start over.

I reached out to the Golo support team and heard back within an hour. They updated the app and now my pages can be updated.
