This app is amazing. It might be free but its even better than paid apps. Highly recommended. I really like that it is so much customisable.

Very easy to set up and easy to customize to your needs. I was able to create a contractors sign up form so customers can sign up for a VIP account to get discounted prices once approved.

Very recommended, the service quality is very good, the plug-in is very good, the setting interface is also very simple and easy to operate！

Unfortunately a very glitchy app for me, i tried using it to create a custom account creation form, first the email field wasnt working with shopify, the first and last name fields werent working with shopify, and then it eventually stopped working.

Great app to build any form possible and easy to use. Also looks nice on your website compared to other form builder apps.
