I'm new to Shopify and to this app, but not to building an ecommerce site. We are moving our store from another platform and in the process of setting up our website structure. I decided to try the free version of this form builder to see if it would work well for our needs. I received prompt and helpful service from Emma to work out how to get it to look and function optimally on our site. Styling was intuitive and it didn't take me long to get it matching our branding. The minor issues that I had were addressed promptly and with clear communication. We will stick with Globo, moving forward. Thanks Emma!

Very helpful customer support!

I just started using it, and it looks nice. Lots of custom options. I had an issue, and support got back to me in less than a day. It integrates nicely with Shopify.

Had an issue with the app defaulting but Emma and her team was able to have this fixed within the hour.

I had some difficulties with the app. I came in contact with Emma from the customer service and she was was very friendly and helpfull and within a few minutes my issue was solved and everything worked perfectly!

Customer service with this app is great. I had an issue with the form submissions reaching our email so I contacted their support team. Within the hour Emma was able to have my issue resolved. The support is fast and excellent. The form can also be created very easily. I think the cost is reasonable as well.

One of the reasons we moved to Shopify was that our previous CMS webforms were starting to give us issues. Globo webforms have been robust, easy to edit and with great support.
