Love the app! I use it on my shopify for consignment forms and their customer service is AMAZING. They help me fix issues quickly and efficiently.

When a form is submitted, the app creates a new shopify customer, and tags it with a custom tag. thanks for the quick and kind support.

Globo's Powerful Contact Form Builder was the only one that satisfied all my requirements as I needed one that allowed my customers to upload images of their dogs. The forms can be easily embedded in the shop and offer a good variety of options for customising them to your needs. I have used the forms for several year nows, and even though I have had occasional problems, Emma from Globo's support has handled them very quickly.
