The form itself works well, and I use it across several other websites. However, it does come with a number of missing features and recurring issues.
For instance, unlike many comparable services, there is no option to delay the autoresponder. Having this capability would be a meaningful improvement.
In addition, design-related problems occur every time I install the form. It also happens every time I update my theme. Resolving them usually requires contacting the developer and going through unnecessary back-and-forth, which can be both frustrating and time-consuming, especially under tight deadlines. In practical terms, you should be prepared to spend extra time troubleshooting before the form functions smoothly and looks the way it should.
The core issue is that each time, I have to explain the exact same problem to the developer from the very beginning, as there doesn’t seem to be any internal note-taking or record-keeping. Repeating the same troubleshooting cycle every time is both inefficient and unnecessarily time-consuming.
Works for simple things. I’ve have multiple issues with it which is a shame, because customers had to tell me about what’s not working and I might have missed some clients due to it. However comes with customer support that have been fast and kind.

Original Review: I wanted to like this app, it is easy to use and looks good. However, it says it offers conditional logic, but I was unable to get it to work. When I reached out to them for support, I was never able to reach anyone or get any responses.
great app, free, easy to set up. i have ccreate and publiched my first form in more and less 20 min. chapeaux

However the form randomly does not load. Some sort of bug, no resolution or replies or updates.
not advisable for business sites, to get customers enquiries.
Hello I want to know if i can create a link in a product description for example and when the customer click on it, the form show up. Instead of always showing the form when the page is loaded. A little bit like the pop up but with a link.
This app helped me make a form efficiently and easily. A little inflexible with organizing the back-end; the folders will force a progress bar that gets a little weird with conditional statements. A little more of a tutorial or explanation for things would be great; things like the dynamic email or what tags I cannot use to edit email source code. Lastly, there was an issue with attachment casing. If it was .JPG instead of .jpg it would not allow upload. I am not sure if this is still an issue.
Besides all those tweaks the app functions really well and makes the form making process a breeze; I am just being rather knit picky.

works well. i wish you didn't have to fill out the form every time you want to go to next page while testing. You should have an option to disable the required input while moving through pages and editing based on content alone. Once thats done, i should be able to turn on required input and test fully as a user. Probably the only reason i would switch soon.
This was great at creating a custom form for my shop. My only issue with it is that it does not notify you when a submission is made. A week or so went by before I realised that I had several submissions, but I only found them when I opened the app and went to the submissions page. Notifications via email or something would be helpful, so I know when there is a new submission.
I was having trouble with the pop up and getting confirmation for the email sign up and Emma went thru so many options and really patiently helped me. I appreciate that.
