I used this app and its really worth it, and very simple to customize. I'll probably purchase the membership for more forms.

Haven't yet launched the app live on my website but first impressions are very good, the app is very user-friendly and Emma was able to help with a query I had very quickly, so looks very promising.

The app is very easy to use and employs a number of features that have allowed us to create forms with great detail.

The perfect upgrade for Shopify's inflexible contact form. Super easy to set up, responsive layout. Custom fields and template are a huge plus. Highly recommend!
