I’ve been having trouble creating my first form, luckily Emma assisted me brilliantly and was extremely kind and helpful! Great app!

Pretty darn simple to use! I only wish that I could have multiple conditional options for the radio buttons, but for free, I couldn't be happier! I was creating field for Address, City, Province, Country and Postal Code and was using the "Name" field, but found that didn't work, so I ended up using the "Text" field and it worked just fine.

Great app, very easy to use and very handy! You can create your own customizable form by choosing the fields you want. Also, very satisfied by their support team, as I was chatting with Emma and she was very prompt to my request and managed to solved my issue!

super easy and great variation of form elements, The email you receive after it has been filled out could be a little better (uploaded photos a bit larger)
