This app overall works pretty well. We haven't run into many issues, and the app is fairly easy to use. I am however, very impressed with their customer support. We had a question, emailed support, and received a helpful and thorough answer in under 20 minutes. Special shout out to Kennewick!
Fairly easy to put a form together. Not over the moon on the way the data presents itself in both our and customer emails. But it works for our needs.
It was simple to make my first form! Very adaptable and I like how easy it is to view the submissions
We really needed to clean up our refund process and streamline all requests coming to one spot and this app has helped greatly! We ran into some trouble exporting the submissions as our list grew, but the team at G:Form Builder were quick to help and ultimately provided a solution. I really like this app and chose it for our forms because of the logic they have built in and only having certain questions open up based on previous selections. All and all a great experience with the app so far and the company behind it.
Pretty good app! Just wish it integrated with Freshdesk better. Customer service responded pretty quickly.

I used this app for application intake. I reached out for help and received a quick response with an actionable solution. There are a few bugs with the app, but I've been able to work around them for the most part. I also wish more than one form could take payments.
Been using it for a while now and overall it's friendly to newbies like me.
The only problem is that in the last few days, I suddenly couldn't receive emails from customers, but Emma, a staff member, helped me solve the problem very quickly.
Now I'm going to continue to use PCFB happily.
Support was nice and helped point me to the directions on how to fix my issues. I had some site compatibility issues with globo form that another vendor pointing out to me that was causing problems in my console.
