Powerful Contact Form Builder

Very helpful app! I found many useful forms (especially Shopify registration form). Even free version very useful and have plenty of options. Support fast and helpful. Setup is easy. What can I cay? I'm glad I found this app - great help for my store!

Customer support is great! There was an error with my form not automatically grabbing the customers email when they are already logged in. Customer support got back to me right away and it took a few emails back and forth but once we figured out the bug they fixed it within the hour!

I used this app to build a wholesale application. I was having issues with adding it to my page but the support was great and fixed my problem right away.

Hard to find a powerful app that is plug and play for contact forms with out hiring a developer. Installed it and configured it and it is working great.

Molto utile per creare landing page ed acquisire dati dai clienti. L'unica pecca che ho riscontrato é che una volta ricevuta la mail dal cliente, bisogna sempre cambiare l'email di contatto perché quella di default é l'email noreply di globo; questo significa anche che sul mio client di posto non posso creare regole di risposta automatica. Per il resto é un ottima app a costo zero
