I barely touched the App but I can already tell you the Support is amazing... Had a problem, granted them access and 30 minutes later everything works like a charm :)

Great experience so far. Less than a month using the free version to customize a form and it has worked great. Had a few kinks on my end that I needed tech support assistance with and they were very responsive and resolved my problem quickly within less than 24 hrs! Definitely highly recommend this app!

It's great that there is a free version. You can adjust the form in content but also in appearance. I am still setting up my shop, therefore I can't say much about using the app in real. For now, I am happy. You even get helpful support by the app team, also for free. Not much to complain about so far.
